Warwick university bridge club is a student-run society catering for players of all abilities - even complete beginners. We run a weekly session at 2pm on Sundays in Meeting Room 6, SUHQ, where experienced players are on hand for informal teaching. For Beginners, we also teach minibridge in Term 1.

Our two teams compete in the Warwickshire league and for both local and national cups, including the Portland Bowl (the inter-university knockout). We regularly enter congresses around the country and recently have travelled to compete in Dublin.

Teaching is available for those who want to improve; as well as the Sunday sessions we run regular training events hosted by local experts, including some who have played at international level.

For those keen enough to want to play more than once a week many of our members play at Coventry Bridge Club, who are very welcoming to student players.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The first session for AY10/11 will be on Sunday 10th October, 2pm.
